Know Thyself

The Project

Know Thyself is a multimodal body constitution assessment tool that translates physiological individuality into experiential understanding. Drawing on Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Korean Sasang medicine, Kampo, psychoneuroimmunology, and biochemical individuality, the system gathers data through visual cues — tongue, tongue and fingernails, body tension mapping, emotional landscape, voice analysis, and self-reported inputs. An AI model interprets these signals across multiple health frameworks simultaneously, generating a personalised constitutional profile expressed as Body, Mind and Spirit guidance.

The Frameworks

  • Ayurveda — Vata / Pitta / Kapha

  • Ba Zi — Chinese Four Pillars

  • Epigenetics — Gene Expression & Environmental Influence

  • Kampo — Japanese Constitutional Medicine

  • Korean Sasang Medicine — Four Constitutions

  • Psychoneuroimmunology — Mind Body Connection

  • Ray Peat — Metabolic Physiology

  • Terrain Theory — The Body's Internal Environment & Disease Resistance

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine — Five Elements

  • Walsh Institute — Biochemical Individuality
